About the Mad Scientist

My mad cooking skills are the stuff of legends and it would be mad for me to not share the awesome things I have found by guess, by damn or by sheer luck!

This blog was born of my desire to keep my cooking and recipe’s separate from my literary writing. I’ve been blogging over at Day In and Day Out for almost a year and it was beginning to have an identity crisis what with fiction, journal type blogging getting all jumbled up with cooking and recipe blogging. So I decided to separate the two so they can each shine on their own.
